Cedar Ridge School accepts referrals from the student’s county board of education. Anyone is welcome to inquire about placement, however, formal referrals for placement must come from the students’ home county board of education’s special education IEP process.

In order to place a child, we require the following information:

• Current IEP, including Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA)
• Current Educational Assessment
• Current Psychological Evaluation
• Most Recent Report Card (and Transcript for High School Student)
• Standardized testing scores
• Up-to-date Immunization Record
• Copy of Birth Certificate
• Copy of Social Security Card
